Monday (Hatha) 6:30pm-7:30pm; Tuesday (Vinyasa) 6:00pm-7:15pm; Thursday (Hatha) 6:30pm-7:30pm; Friday (Power Vinyasa) 6:30pm-7:30pm; Saturday (Power Vinyasa) 9:00am-10:00am. We have two package options available: once a week for two months $40 for members/$45 for nonmembers or twice a week for two months $70 for members/$75 for nonmembers
Hatha yogas pace is slow and gentle, it is an ideal starting place for people who are new to yoga. Students of Hatha yoga hold each pose through several breaths.

Vinyasa yoga requires a working knowledge of yoga and is more advanced than Hatha yoga, in that it demands more physically through the poses.

Power yoga is a more vigorous form of yoga that emphasizes strength, building movements and more lively Vinyasa flows.
